What we make

Three ways to turn a file into a real object, all done in our shop in Austin, Texas. Not sure which one your project needs? Describe it and we will tell you what fits.

Our services

  • 3D printing (FDM)

Three-dimensional parts built layer by layer from your 3D model: prototypes, replacement parts, brackets, mounts, enclosures and fixtures.

  • Laser engraving

Text, logos and artwork marked into the surface of a piece: personalized items, labels, tags, signs and gifts.

  • Laser cutting

Flat shapes cut out of sheet material from your vector file: signs, templates, inlays, panels and layered pieces.

Which one do I need?

A quick rule of thumb:

  • It has depth and shape (a part you can hold, that fits or holds something): 3D printing.
  • It is flat (a shape cut from a sheet): laser cutting.
  • It is a mark on a surface (text, a logo, artwork): laser engraving.

Some projects combine them, for example a cut panel with an engraved label. Tell us what the finished piece should be and we will suggest an approach.

No file yet?

Send a sketch, a photo or measurements and describe what the piece needs to do. We can talk through turning your idea into a file we can make. See how that works.

Machines and materials

We work on Bambu Lab H2D, H2C and X1C 3D printers, a Bambu Lab R1 CO2 laser and an xTool F2 Ultra fiber and diode laser. See machines and materials for build sizes, cut thicknesses and the materials we work with.
